A KENSINGTON ARRIVAL:
INDUSTRIAL SPACE REFURBISHMENT
Arrival UK based its headquarters in one of the beautiful spaces in Kensington village, which is home to a former Victorian warehouse. The project's aim was to redevelop and establish contemporary office space for the innovation team behind retained facades.
The still-ongoing project began with the remodelling of the ground level, which currently includes the commercial kitchen, reception, and a small workshop. Our skilled crew selected the appropriate equipment for the small team of chefs and completed some substantial MEP work in the kitchen.
The office space on the third level was designed to be open and airy, encouraging a collaborative work atmosphere. Custom high-tech office furniture was used to match each unique workspace.
